A fine pastry flour with dark cocoa, packed brown sugar, a little white sugar for texture and dark chocolate chips. I’ll admit, my New Year’s resolution got thrown out the window :)
You will need:
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) of canola oil or melted butter
- 3 eggs
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C)
- Empty the contents of the jar into a bowl and add the extra ingredients
- Mix all the ingredients together until homogeneous
- Pour the mixture into a square mold lined with parchment paper or slightly oiled.
- Bake in center of oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until desired consistency (cooking time may vary depending on the power of your oven)
- Let stand a few minutes on the kitchen counter before tasting

About Allergies
May contain traces of milk products, sesame seeds, eggs, peanuts and nuts.
About Brown Sugar
It is normal for brown sugar to harden inside the jar. You must break it using a kitchen tool (eg a knife) before putting all the ingredients in the mixing bowl. You can also place the jar, without the lid, in the microwave for a few seconds to soften it.
