Product #1- Energy bites:
Lack of time ? US too ! Fast and easy to cook, energy bites are healthy and practical snacks for the common actively busy families. Let’s go, let’s go…
You will need :
- 1/2 cup (125ml) of warm but not boiled water
- 3 tablespoons of honey
Preparation :
- In a bowl, empty the contents of the jar and add the required ingredients
- Mix all ingredients until smooth.
- Let stand in the fridge 2-3 minutes before forming the bites.
- Take the equivalent of 1 tablespoon (15 ml) to make each bite.
- Place in the fridge 60 to 90 minutes before eating or in the freezer for 15 to 20 minutes.
Makes about 21 energy bites.
Important: chocolate chips will melt with hot water, it's normal.
Ingredients : Oatmeal, grated sweetened coconut, chocolate chips (sugar, hydrogenated palm kernel oil, cacao powder, soya lecithin), sesame seeds, chia seeds, ground flaxseed. Contains: Oats (gluten), soya, sesame seeds.

Product #2- Vegetarian Chili:
This is a hearty, healthy meal, with soy proteins and our famous chipotle spice mix that makes it unique. Rediscover chili with a twist!
You will need :
- One can of diced tomatoes (796 mL)
- 3 3/4 cups of water (950 ml)
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparation with a slow cooker :
- Pour the contents of the jar, the can of tomatoes and the water into a slow cooker.
- Stir them together to thoroughly mix the ingredients.
- Cover and cook for about 6 hours at high temperature
- Add salt and pepper to taste
Preparation with a cauldron on the stove:
- Pour the water into a cauldron, bring to a boil
- Reduce heat to medium/low
- Pour the contents of the jar and the can of tomato then mix everything together
- Cover and cook for about 3 hours or until desired consistency.
- Add salt and pepper to taste
Optional: At the end of cooking time, stir in 1 can of corn or 1 cup of frozen corn, and wait a few minutes until it is hot. Serve with freshly chopped coriander and lime juice.
